Briess Blonde RoastOat™ Malt (50 lb Sack)

4° L  - light roast and mild sweetness flavor. This malt adds a creamy mouthfeel to the finished beer, and imparts a light blonde to golden color depending on usage level. Suggested usage level is 10 - 30% of the malt bill.
