407 ° L Briess Malting - Briess Midnight Wheat Malt will contribute the same color characteristics as most other Black Malts but without the bitter, astringent, dry flavors or aftertaste. Starts slightly sweet, with hints of roasted flavor while finishing out exceptionally clean. Excellent in Black IPAs, Schwarzbiers, other dark ales and lagers.
